Each Flexpert requires a minimum of 3-5 years extensive experience in their chosen field before undertaking a rigorous training programme with Flexology. Every Flexpert is fully qualified to help you achieve exactly what you need on the day, whether it’s releasing localised tension, preparing for a workout, or simply catching a moment of relaxation.
Once a professional footballer, Tim now specialises in stretch therapy. He teaches mobility sessions and delivers recovery programmes for professional boxers. Tim has experience working for clients with advanced medical conditions, such as diabetes and arthritis.
Fun fact: I’m the only person to ever receive Man of the match 3 games in a row in the Japanese J league!
Andreas is a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist with a degree in Applied Sports Science from Southampton Solent University, and has completed his level 5 professional diploma of soft tissue therapy and corrective exercise. He has a wealth of experience dealing with sports injuries having worked at St Albans FC, where he would rehabilitate injuries by using manual therapy techniques.
Fun fact: I love to travel and recently explored South East Asia for 4 months.
With the background in yoga, boxing, fitness, massage and meditation, she calls herself a health junkie who loves all things to do with good vibes and movement. She is known as someone who is motivational and a great coach. Carli believes that we all want and desire to be and do better, even in the face of adversity, and that we all want to succeed and get to the point of liking, knowing & loving ourselves. Cali’s goal when working with people is for it to feel like a journey for both, because we always learn by sharing.
Fun fact: I have a great imagination: I created a brand that was valued in the first year at 1 million pounds. Not just good with breath-work!
Mod is a qualified Sports therapist with a BSc degree in Sports Therapy. After graduating in 2014, he specialised in sports massage. He has built up 5 years of experience working with a number of clients ranging from athletes focusing on pre/post competition treatments to office professionals treating postural corrections.
Fun fact: I absolutely love sports, especially football, golf and wake boarding.
Now a yoga instructor, Dan’s previous experiences spans various movement disciplines, such as Martial Arts, Calisthenics, Gymnastics, Climbing and Snowboarding. His teaching encourages people to explore, develop and grow – both physically and mentally.
Fun Fact: My clientele list spans 13 countries, including celebrities and Olympic athletes.
Laura is an Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist (BSc) and Soft Tissue Therapist (Dip). With a wealth of experience working with a variety of clients from professional athletes to fitness enthusiasts to sedentary office workers, her passion for helping people reach their full potential has remained at the forefront of her career.
Fun fact: I like to walk 100km…for fun!
Tamara has a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy from London Metropolitan University, and during her studies she workied with Woodford Town Football Club, marathon runners and in a Sports Injury Clinic. She has always had a passion for sport and exercise, especially netball.
Fun fact: I’m a huge Arsenal supporter. However, this isn’t out of choice, but coming from a family of Arsenal supporters I couldn’t support any other team!
After graduating from University Cal State LA, Brandon earned a basketball scholarship, having represented England from the age of 14. During his time as a Basketball athlete, he studied Physiology & Anatomy, Kinesiology, Coaching, Personal Training which included PNF assisted stretching, exercise prescription and programming.
Fun fact: I owned my own store at the age of 13, and I’m 6ft 7!
Starting her career as a professional dancer, Sophie continues her passion for dance by teaching ballet and contemporary. She hopes to share her love for health and wellness by helping her clients achieve their own personal goals through a holistic and mindful approach.
Fun fact: I am such a “that was a sign” type of person – once you believe, signs are everywhere.
Emily is a certified instructor in Yoga Trapeze (aerial yoga), Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga and Children’s Yoga. She is passionate about helping others increase their connection to their body and breath, take care of their physical and mental health and achieve their flexibility or fitness goals.
Fun Fact: In 2017 I hiked over 500 miles on the Camino de Santiago. I recently spent 10 days in silence on a vipassana meditation course.
Gracie is fully qualified in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology & Crystal Energy Healing. She loves what she does, especially making people feel better both physically and mentally.
Fun fact: I am a crazy animal lover and in my spare time I play piano, saxophone, guitar and sing!
