Andreas is a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist with a degree in Applied Sports Science from Southampton Solent University, and has completed his level 5 professional diploma of soft tissue therapy and corrective exercise. He has a wealth of experience dealing with sports injuries having worked at St Albans FC, where he would rehabilitate injuries by using manual therapy techniques.
Fun fact: I love to travel and recently explored South East Asia for 4 months.
Laura is an Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist (BSc) and Soft Tissue Therapist (Dip). With a wealth of experience working with a variety of clients from professional athletes to fitness enthusiasts to sedentary office workers, her passion for helping people reach their full potential has remained at the forefront of her career.
Fun fact: I like to walk 100km…for fun!
Tamara has a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy from London Metropolitan University, and during her studies she workied with Woodford Town Football Club, marathon runners and in a Sports Injury Clinic. She has always had a passion for sport and exercise, especially netball.
Fun fact: I’m a huge Arsenal supporter. However, this isn’t out of choice, but coming from a family of Arsenal supporters I couldn’t support any other team!
Starting her career as a professional dancer, Sophie continues her passion for dance by teaching ballet and contemporary. She hopes to share her love for health and wellness by helping her clients achieve their own personal goals through a holistic and mindful approach.
Fun fact: I am such a “that was a sign” type of person – once you believe, signs are everywhere.
Emily is a certified instructor in Yoga Trapeze (aerial yoga), Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga and Children’s Yoga. She is passionate about helping others increase their connection to their body and breath, take care of their physical and mental health and achieve their flexibility or fitness goals.
Fun Fact: In 2017 I hiked over 500 miles on the Camino de Santiago. I recently spent 10 days in silence on a vipassana meditation course.
Gracie is fully qualified in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology & Crystal Energy Healing. She loves what she does, especially making people feel better both physically and mentally.
Fun fact: I am a crazy animal lover and in my spare time I play piano, saxophone, guitar and sing!
