Each Flexpert requires a minimum of 3-5 years extensive experience in their chosen field before undertaking a rigorous training programme with Flexology. Every Flexpert is fully qualified to help you achieve exactly what you need on the day, whether it’s releasing localised tension, preparing for a workout, or simply catching a moment of relaxation.
Emily M Studio Manager, Class Instructor & Yoga Teacher

Emily is a certified instructor in Yoga Trapeze (aerial yoga), Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga and Children’s Yoga. She is passionate about helping others increase their connection to their body and breath, take care of their physical and mental health and achieve their flexibility or fitness goals.
Fun Fact: In 2017 I hiked over 500 miles on the Camino de Santiago and in 2019 I spent 10 days in silence on a vipassana meditation course.
Hania is a certified Stretching and Flexibility Instructor whose love of movement started at the age of six after attending her first ballet class. After years of training in ballet and contemporary dance, she discovered aerial/pole fitness and yoga. Hania has a passion for fusing together the different elements of each of her favourite practices to produce strength and flexibility sequences that can benefit people from all fitness backgrounds (or no fitness background at all).
Fun fact: I grew up bilingual speaking both Arabic and English and loved maths and science so much at school that I went on to do a chemistry degree!

Laura D Rehabilitation Specialist & Soft Tissue Therapist

Laura is an Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist (BSc) and Soft Tissue Therapist (Dip). With a wealth of experience working with a variety of clients from professional athletes to fitness enthusiasts to sedentary office workers, her passion for helping people reach their full potential has remained at the forefront of her career.
Fun fact: I like to walk 100km…for fun!
