Terms & Conditions

  • All clients must be over 18 years of age to participate in any of our classes/appointments.
  • All classes/appointments are subject to availability.
  • All classes/appointments are paid for in advance and are non-refundable. By purchasing an appointment clients are agreeing to our cancellation policy as detailed below.
  • All clients must arrive at the studio to “check in” at least 10 minutes before the start of your class/appointment. Our lateness policy is detailed below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Bookings cancelled up to 24 hours in advance will be returned as a session credit on your Flexology account to be used at a later date.
  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours before the start of the class/appointment, or missed appointments will be fully charged. For multi-packs and memberships the missed / cancelled session will be deducted from your remaining sessions. For more information please read the T&C for each pricing option below.
  • If you wish to reschedule a class/appointment with less than 24 hours before the class/appointment, you may do so to another class/appointment within the same day, subject to availability.
  • All fees are non-refundable. However, if a discretionary refund is given for any reason, this will only be credited to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase.
  • If a class/appointment is cancelled by Flexology Studio for any reason, we will make every effort to contact you via email or telephone to let you know and reschedule. All clients will have their appointments credited to their Flexology account to use at a later date

Lateness Policy

  • If you are not in the studio for the start of a class/appointment, your place may be given away to someone waiting.
  • Due to the nature of our appointments and schedule, if you are more than 5 minutes late for a 15 minute individual appointment the reception team or instructor has the right to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
  • If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 25 minute or 55 minute individual appointment, your overall appointment time will be reduced accordingly.
  • We do not allow latecomers to group classes and we hold the right to deny entry to the class if you do not arrive ready to start at the correct time. This policy is to help prevent injury as well as to be considerate of the instructor and other participants.
  • If you turn up late for a class/appointment and are not admitted, the cancellation policy will be applied and it will be classed as a missed appointment.

Personal Belongings, Lockers & Lost Property

  • All personal belongings brought into the Flexology Studio are at the clients own risk, the company does not accept any liability for loss or damage to such items
  • Lockers must be cleared when you leave. Any items remaining will be removed and put into lost property. Lost property will be donated to charity at the end of each week. Valuable items such as jewellery or keys will be kept for a longer period of time. If you think you have left something at the studio please call us as soon as possible so we can keep your belongings aside for you to collect.

Safety & Hygeine

  • All clients are requested to wear clothing that is appropriate for the session they are attending. For Assisted Stretching appointments clients can purchase or rent stretching sets at the studio if they do not have appropriate clothing.
  • Trainers must be worn in all Training classes to avoid risk of injury. If you forget your trainers, the instructor has the right to decide whether you may participate in the class and you will do so at your own risk.
  • Socks must be worn for assisted stretching appointments/ stretching classes. Grip socks are recommended to stop any slipping on the equipment.
  • If you have any contagious foot complaints, please make sure you are wearing socks at all times.
  • For safety & hygiene purposes, no glass or food is to be taken in the changing rooms, studio rooms or appointment pods.
  • Only bottled water is permitted in any of the studio rooms / appointment pods. Food and drinks purchased in the studio may be enjoyed in the waiting area.

Medical Issues, Injuries & Pregnancies

  • If you have been advised by a doctor not to continue with any form of exercise due to an injury or medical reason and your membership or sessions are still valid, please get in touch with info@flexologystudio.com immediately. We will require a letter from your Doctor and your account will be frozen for an agreed period of time.
  • Flexology Studio Limited accepts no responsibility for any client who does not follow the instructed class or has not disclosed medical conditions or recent injuries to the instructor. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you feel unwell or any discomfort.
  • If you are pregnant, please let us know as soon as possible as some of our classes/appointments will not be suitable for you. If you choose not to tell us or the teacher about your pregnancy, Flexology Studio Limited will accept no responsibility for any injuries or issues that may occur as a result of doing a class/appointment.
  • In cases of pregnancy, your membership or sessions may be frozen for up to 12 months after the birth date and will then automatically become active. Please send us an email with official notification to info@flexologystudio.com before your membership or sessions expire so we can freeze your account.

Waiver Forms

  • All clients are required to fill out a consent form before their first class and/or appointment in order for us to complete your Flexology Studio profile and obtain important medical information about your state of health. This form can be completed online once the session is booked and paid for or at the studio prior to your class/ appointment.
  • By signing the consent form, you are signing that you have read and agreed with our full Terms & Conditions.

12 Month Sustain and Enhance Memberships

  • Memberships can be purchased for either 15 minute, 25 minute or 55 minute appointments. SUSTAIN memberships provide the client 4 sessions per month of the specified duration, ENHANCE memberships provide 8 sessions per month of the specified duration.
  • Your first month’s payment is to be made at the time of sign up.
  • Your membership activates from the first day of use and should be activated within 30 days of purchase.
  • The contract is fixed for 12 monthly payments from the membership start date and all payments will be charged automatically on the same day each month using the card details provided.
  • Any payments that are declined will result in your account being suspended until payment has been cleared. If payments are not cleared the full-price single class fee will be charged for each class/appointment used.
  • The membership can be suspended for a period of time of up to one month by sending an email to info@flexologystudio.com with at least 30 days notice. Members cannot apply to cancel their membership while their membership is frozen.
  • Where a Member is unable to use any of the studio’s facilities, due to pregnancy, medical condition or long-term travel, the Member can apply in writing to the Studio Manager to have their membership frozen for a maximum of 3 calendar months within a 12 month period. All applications must be supported by a doctor’s letter, which must specify the required length of time they wish for their membership to be frozen. The minimum freezing term is one month. Please note that freezing will become effective from the date of the next direct debit payment. Once the membership has been frozen for the specified amount of time the Studio will resume the membership subscription. A freeze period does not affect the minimum number of direct debit payments you are due to make and any payments remaining at the time of the freeze will remain due and recommence on a monthly basis once the freeze period has completed. If there is a medical condition which prevents you from continuing with your membership long-term, please produce a Doctors letter. Any used sessions will be charged at the full single session price before the refund is calculated
  • The 24 hour cancellation policy applies for all class/appointment cancellations, rescheduling or missed appointments.
  • MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: If this is your first membership with Flexology, you can opt out at the end of your third month with no charge. One months notice is required if you wish to cancel after the initial 3 month period.
  • Once you have completed the first 12 months of continuous membership, it will become a rolling membership should you choose to continue. If you wish to cancel your rolling membership, we require three calendar month’s notice.
  • No partial or full refunds are available on memberships.
  • Only the Member may use the classes/appointments, they cannot be transferred or shared to with any other person.
  • Unused classes/appointment credits cannot be carried over to the following month.
  • All queries and requests or cancellation queries concerning your membership must be made in writing to info@flexologystudio.com
  • Members may be suspended or expelled from Flexology Studio immediately if they display conduct which is, or is likely to be, in the sole opinion of the Company, injurious to the character of Flexology Studio or the interests of the Members and staff. Members may be expelled or suspended for committing a serious or repeated breach of the studio rules, in particular where amounts owing to the Company are unpaid. An expelled Member forfeits all the privileges of the membership and all rights against the Company. An expelled Member will not be entitled to any refund of subscription and must pay all amounts owed to the Company forthwith.

5 x Appointment Pack (15min, 25min, 55min durations)

  • Allows access to stretching appointments at any time on the schedule without restrictions.
  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Packs are valid for 3 months from the date of activation.
  • Packs will be activated on the date of purchase unless you specify a nominated date within 30 days of purchase.
  • Packs may not be suspended or extended.
  • If for any reason a discretionary refund is given, used sessions will be deducted from the refund at the full price value of a session.

10 x Appointment Pack (15min, 25min, 55min durations)

  • Allows access to stretching appointments at any time on the schedule without restrictions.
  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Packs are valid for 3 months from the date of activation.
  • Packs will be activated on the date of purchase unless you specify a nominated date within 30 days of purchase.
  • Packs can only be suspended with a valid medical reason – please see Medical Issues, Injuries & Pregnancy T&C for more information.
  • If for any reason a discretionary refund is given, used sessions will be deducted from the refund at the full price value of a session.

20 x Appointment Pack (15min, 25min, 55min durations)

  • Allows access to stretching appointments at any time on the schedule without restrictions.
  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Packs are valid for 6 months from the date of activation.
  • Pack will be activated on the date of purchase unless you specify a nominated date within 30 days of purchase.
  • Packs can only be suspended with a valid medical reason – please see Medical Issues, Injuries & Pregnancy T&C for more information.
  • If for any reason a discretionary refund is given, used sessions will be deducted from the refund at the full price value of a session.

Single Appointment

  • Allows access to stretching appointments at any time on the schedule, unless any restrictions are specified.
  • Non-refundable.
  • Valid for 1 month from purchase date.
  • No suspensions or extensions.
  • Subject to the cancellation policy as detailed above.

Intro Offer

  • Only available to new clients as an introduction to our studios.
  • Only one Intro offer can be purchased per client.
  • Valid for 30 days consecutive days from date of purchase and activation.
  • Cannot be suspended or extended for any reason.
  • Subject to the cancellation policy as detailed above.
  • Non-refundable.

Third Parties

  • If you book through a third party and need to move or cancel your class/appointment, please contact the third party provider you booked through. We are unable to amend or cancel bookings for any third party provider.

Corporate Rates

  • We can offer great rates for packs of classes/appointments for your company to share, or set up exclusive classes/events at the studio or in your offices. Please get in touch with info@flexologystudio.com for further information.

Giftcards

  • Giftcards expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Giftcards are non-refundable.

Fee Changes

  • Flexology Studio Limited reserves the right to change any of the current fees from time to time. We will give clients no less than 10 days notice prior to any increase in price. 12 month membership fees will remain consistent until the end of the 12 month contractual period. After the initial 12 month period has come to an end your membership fee, should you wish to continue, will change to the rate at the time of renewal.

CCTV

  • Closed circuit cameras operate throughout the studio (except in changing and treatment areas). Any unlawful activity within the studio may be reviewed for possible legal action.

 

Please note that the rights of cancellation, refund or limitations set down in these terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
