Terms & Conditions

  • All clients must be over 18 years of age to participate in any of our classes/appointments
  • We will do our best to get you into your chosen class/appointments however classes/appointments are always subject to availability
  • All classes/appointments must be paid for in advance and all clients agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy when cancelling, rescheduling or no shows. If you are booked into a class/appointment and miss it or cancel it with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the class/appointment
  • You must check in with the reception team at least 10 minutes before the start of your class/appointment to get ready for the class

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You can change or cancel any bookings, up to 24 hours before the starting time of the class/appointment you have booked without penalty. By booking classes/appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, you are not entitled to change or cancel the class/appointment
  • Any booking cancelled within 24 hours or missed class will incur a charge. Those who book in with a single class/appointment or are a pack holder will lose their class/appointment. Please read the T&C for each pricing option for specific charges
  • If you wish to reschedule a class/appointment with less than 24 hours before the class/appointment, you may do so to another class that is on the same day.
  • All class/appointment fees are non-refundable
  • If a discretionary refund is given for any reason, this will be calculated by adding up the single price of each class/appointment used in that month and taken off the total amount to be refunded. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase
  • If a class/appointment is cancelled by Flexology Studio for any reason, we will make every effort to contact you via email or telephone to let you know.  All clients will have their classes/appointments early cancelled; pay as you go or pack holders will have the session refunded to their account
  • Please note that the rights of cancellation, refund or limitations set down in these terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Lateness Policy

  • If you are not in the studio for the start of a class and/or appointment, your place may be given away to someone who is already here
  • Due to the nature of our classes and appointments and for your own safety, if you are more than 5 minutes late for 50 min class or 15 min appointment, the reception team or the instructor has the right to exclude you from the class/appointment
  • If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 25min or 55min appointment, your overall appointment time will be reduced by the time of your lateness
  • We do not allow latecomers to classes/appointments and we hold the right to deny entry to the class if you do not arrive ready to start at the correct time. This policy is to help prevent injury as well as to be considerate of the teacher and other clients who are already participating in the class
  • If you turn up late for a class/appointment and are not admitted, the cancellation policy will be applied and it will be classed as a no show

Personal Belongings, Lockers & Lost Property

  • All personal belongings brought into the Flexology Studio are at the clients own risk, the company does not accept any liability for loss or damage to such items
  • Lockers must be cleared when you leave, you cannot keep personal belongings in our lockers – they will be emptied and all the contents will go into lost property
  • Flexology Studio accepts no responsibility for any property left on the premises. All items found will be put into lost property and will be taken to a charity shop on the last day of every week. Any jewellery or keys found will be kept for a longer period of time. If you think you have left something behind, please give us a call straight away so we can have a look and put aside for you to pick up if found

Safety & Hygiene

  • All clients are requested to wear a form of dress that is appropriate for the session they are attending. We provide stretching sets for the assisted stretching appointments. These sets can be purchased and/or rented
  • Trainers must be worn in all Training classes to avoid risk of injury. If you forget your trainers, it is up to the instructor whether they will let you in the class and you will do so at your own risk
  • Socks must be worn for stretching appointments/ stretching classes- grip socks are recommended to stop any slipping on the equipment
  • If you have any contagious foot complaints, please make sure you are wearing socks at all times
  • For safety & hygiene purposes, no glass or food is to be taken in the changing rooms or the studios
  • Only bottled water is permitted in any of the studios

Medical Issues, Injuries & Pregnancies

  • If you have been advised by a doctor not to continue with any form of exercise due to an injury or a permanent medical reason and your membership or sessions are still valid, please get in touch with info@flexologystudio.com immediately. We will require a letter from your Doctor and your account will be frozen for an agreed period of time
  • Flexology Studio Limited accepts no responsibility for any client who does not follow the instructed class or has not disclosed medical conditions or recent injuries to the teacher. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you feel unwell or any discomfort
  • If you find that you are pregnant, please let us know as soon as possible as some of our classes will not be suitable for you. If you choose not to tell us or the teacher about your pregnancy, Flexology Studio Limited will accept no responsibility for any injuries or issues that may occur as a result of doing a class
  • In cases of pregnancy, your membership or sessions may be frozen for up to 12 months after the birth date and will automatically become active. Please send us an email with official notification to info@flexologystudio.com before your membership or sessions expire so we can freeze your account

Waiver Forms

  • If you are a new client you are required to fill out a consent form before going to your first class and/or appointment. We require the listed information to complete your Flexology Studio profile and ask important medical information about your state of health. The consent form can be completed online once the session is booked and paid for
  • By signing the consent form, you are signing that you have read and agreed with our full Terms & Conditions

12 Month Sustain and Enhance Memberships

  • These memberships provide admission to EITHER 15min, 25min or 55min Sustain (4 sessions a month) or Enhance (8 sessions a month) only.
  • Your first month’s payment is to be made at the time of sign up
  • Your membership activates from the first day of use and should be activated within the first 30 days
  • The contract is fixed for 12 months from the membership start date and all subsequent monthly payments are taken automatically on the same day each month using the card details provided
  • Any payments that are declined will result in your account being suspended until payment has been cleared
  • If payments are not cleared, the single class fee for each class taken will be charged to your account
  • The membership can be suspended for a period of time of up to one month, please email us to info@flexologystudio.com one month in advance. Members cannot apply to cancel their membership while their membership is frozen.
  • Where a Member is unable to use any of the studio’s facilities, due to pregnancy or a medical condition or long-term travel, the Member can apply in writing to the Manager to have their membership frozen. The maximum amount of time a membership can be frozen within a 12 month period is 3 calendar months and all applications must be supported by a doctor’s letter, which must specify the required length of time they wish for their membership to be frozen. The minimum freezing term is one month. Please note that for monthly paying members, freezing will become effective from the date of the next direct debit payment. Once the membership has been frozen for the maximum amount of time then the Studio will resume the membership subscription and unfreeze the membership. A freeze period does not affect the minimum number of direct debit payments you are due to make and any payments remaining at the time of the freeze will remain due and recommence on a monthly basis once the freeze period has completed
  • Membership freezes must be actioned with at least 30 days notice and must be done by sending an email to info@flexologystudio.com
  • The 24-hour cancellation policy applies for all class/appointments cancellations, rescheduling or no shows
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If this is your first monthly membership, you can opt out at the end of month 3 with no charge. Please let us know one calendar month before your next payment is due. If you wish to cancel after the first 3 months, please give us 1 month notice
  • Once you have completed the first 12 months of continuous membership, it will become a rolling membership should you choose to continue. Should you wish to cancel your rolling membership, we require three calendar month’s notice.
  • All cancellation queries must be made in writing to info@flexologystudio.com
  • No refunds in part or full are available on this membership option; the sessions cannot be transferred or shared
  • If you have a medical issue that prevents you from using the classes, please let us know immediately. Your membership can be suspended for an agreed period of time upon receipt of a Doctor’s note sent to info@flexologystudio.com
  • If there is a medical condition which prevents you from continuing with your membership, please produce a Doctors letter but do note that any used sessions will be charged at the full single price before the refund is calculated
  • Unused class credits cannot be carried over to the following month
  • All queries and requests concerning your membership must be made in writing to info@flexologystudio.com
  • Members may be suspended or expelled from Flexology Studio immediately if they display conduct which is, or is likely to be in the sole opinion of the Company, injurious to the character of Flexology studio or the interests of the Members and staff, or if they commit a serious or repeated breach of these Rules, in particular where amounts owing to the Company are unpaid. An expelled Member forfeits all the privileges of the membership and all rights against the Company. An expelled Member will not be entitled to any refund of subscription and must pay all amounts owed to the Company forthwith

5 Pack (15min, 25min, 55min)

  • Allows access to all stretching appointments on the schedule – no restrictions.
  • All packs are non-refundable
  • Pack is valid for 3 months from the date of activation
  • Pack will be activated on the date of purchase unless you specify a nominated date
  • No suspensions or extensions

10 Pack (15min, 25min, 55min)

  • Allows access to all stretching appointments on the schedule – no restrictions.
  • All packs are non-refundable
  • Packs are valid for 3 months from the date of activation
  • Packs will be activated on the date of purchase unless you specify a nominated date
  • You cannot suspend a pack, unless there is a medical reason – please see Medical Issues, Injuries & Pregnancy T&C for more information

20 Pack (15min, 25min, 55min)

  • Allows access to all stretching appointments on the schedule – no restrictions.
  • Non-refundable
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of activation
  • Pack will be activated on the date of purchase unless you specify a nominated date that has to be done within the first 30 days after the purchase
  • You cannot suspend a pack, unless there is a medical reason supported by a Doctors note

Single Appointment

  • Valid for 1 month from purchase date
  • The 24-hour cancellation policy applies for all class cancellations, rescheduling or no shows; in the event of this happening you will lose the class.
  • Single sessions are non-refundable

Intro Offer

  • Only available to new clients as an introduction to our studios
  • One per person
  • Valid for 30 days consecutive days from activation date
  • Cannot be suspended or extended for any reason
  • The 24 hour cancellation policy applies for all class and appointment cancellations, rescheduling or no shows

Third Parties

  • If you book through a third party and you need to move your booking or cancel a class/appointment, you will have to do so through the third party provider you booked through. We are unable to amend or cancel bookings for any third party provider.

Corporate Rates

  • We can offer you great rates for packs of classes for your company to share, we can also set up exclusive classes/events for you both at the studio or in your offices, please get in touch with info@flexolgystudio.com to discuss

Giftcards

Giftcards expire 6 months from purchase of card

Fee Changes

  • Flexology Studio Limited reserves the right to change any of the current fees from time to time. We will give the clients no less than 10 days’ notice prior to any increase in price. 12 month membership fees will remain the same until the end of the 12 month contractual period that you signed up for. After the initial 12 month period has come to an end, if you wish to continue with your membership fee will be the new rate at the time of renewal.

CCTV

  • Closed circuit cameras operate throughout the studio (except in the changing and treatment zones). Any unlawful activity within the Club may be reviewed for possible legal action
